1. 东西属于谁，在英语里有三种表达方式：
a) 用形容词性的物主代词 — my, your, his, her; our, your, their.如：
I'm looking for my handbag. 我在找我的手提包。
Is this your handbag, Madam? 这是您的手提包吗，夫人?
b) 用名词性的物主代词 — mine, yours, his, hers; ours, yours, theirs 。如：

2. whose 谁的，用于提问。如：
Whose handbag is this? 这是谁的手提包。

3. 预定旅馆房间常用的句子有：
I want to book a room for two nights. 我要一个房间,住两夜。 (注意：不用day而用 night)
I prefer the room with a bath. 我喜欢带有浴盆的房间。
I'd like a room with a view. 我要可以看到风景的房房间。
I'd like a room facing the sea. 我要面对大海的房间。

4. double room 双人间，double bed 双人床。
double room 也可以说 a room for two，两人一间。
single room 是旅馆的单人间，single bed, 单人床。
5. shower 的原意是“阵雨”。a hard shower大暴雨。a shower of tears泪如雨下。淋浴也叫shower。
I always take a shower before going to bed. 我睡觉前总要淋浴的。
6. 本课学到的like的意思和look like相仿，是“像”，说物的外貌，是形容词。
What's it like? 怎么样? 这是问东西的好坏和特性。如：
